Claudine / Raymart VS Tulfo

This is my take on the matter and I’m not trying to sound all-knowing and righteous.  When you take a budget airline like Cebu Pacific then be ready to get the value for your money.  One thing that made me laugh was Claudine’s statement about coming from a nice vacation and having to go through all these.  Come on Claudine… grow up!  Not everyone can afford to go on a vacation like you can.  It’s not like you went to Boracay to work and is so stressed.  I took Zest Air going to Boracay and they also left our luggage in Manila.  That doesn’t give me the right to go berserk on the staff.  If you don’t want to go through the same problem in the future my suggestion to you is to don’t go cheap.

Cheap airfare = Cheap customer service = Cheap people and you guys are just showing everyone that it is the case here.  Try to be cool-headed and treat people as equals and not as crap.

Tama! Nakakainis pa ang mag-asawa at may nalalamang child abuse. Nung pinagsisigawan nya kaya ang ground stewardess, good example kaya yun sa mga bata…
